How to cum more
Jump to:

When it comes to real life versus what we see on screen, things are never quite as … good in the flesh.

Daniel Craig speeding through the streets of Rome in an Aston Martin will always look better than being stuck in Euro traffic in your shitty Fiat rental, the guy in the face cream ad doesn’t actually need that stuff in real life, and no matter how hard you try, you’ll probably never be able to cum as hard as a pornstar.

There are many reasons for this, the most obvious being that porn producers use all sorts of tricks (fake semen and often even fake dicks) to achieve the money-shot that signs off each of their cinematic escapades.

Some male adult film stars also “save up” their semen for several days before a shoot (pun entirely intended), believing that blue balls produce more cum.

This said, there are methods that reportedly increase the amount of semen your body can produce, which in turn can help get you closer to finishing like Lexington Steele in a reasonably short space of time.

Here are a few of the less spurious ones.

Consider your hydration

This may seem painfully obvious, and that’s probably because it is, but semen is largely made up of water. Staying well hydrated at all times is a very important first step to allowing your body to produce.

Drink two to three litres a day to give your body the best chance of increasing your sperm count. Drinking more won’t automatically give you more fuel in the tank, so to speak, but it will stop your body from becoming dehydrated and therefore less able to turn your cum-producing cogs all the way to 11.

Supplement with vitamins

One of the best ways to increase your sperm count is to supplement your diet with some well known vitamins and amino acids that boast scientifically proven efficacy in boosting sperm production.

Some of the better documented ones (in terms of both research and anecdotal results) are:

Remember: most of the supplements on the market specifically aimed at increasing sperm production are generally aimed at improving sperm quality, and not necessarily the production of seminal fluid.

As such, while they might be able to give you a higher quality of man-jam, they won’t always make it markedly more abundant.

Cut Back on the Vices

Yeah, yeah, we know, you’re sick of hearing how all the fun things are bad for you, and to be honest, even we get a bit cynical when we’re simply told to stop drinking and smoking as a blanket rule for everything. It can become a lazy soundbite that ends up getting ignored.

In this instance, however, there are good studies that show a strong link between smoking durries, sinking booze, and having bad baby batter. Especially in the instance of smoking. The evidence suggests that it gets worse the heavier you smoke, so if you’re serious about increasing your cum-reserves, you might want to rethink some of your habits.

Eat These Foods

The science isn’t exact on the correlation between diet and semen production, and a lot of the available information is anecdotal, but that doesn’t mean that a few obvious conclusions can’t be drawn.

The following foods are filled with the requisite nutrients and minerals for a thriving male reproductive system (and are just good for you in general).

  • Asparagus
  • Artichoke
  • Blueberries, cranberries, blackberries
  • Red beans
  • Apples
  • Fresh seeds from sesame, sunflower, pumpkin and watermelon.

Oh, and the science is still out on that whole thing about pineapple (or at least pineapple juice) making your jizz taste good.

We couldn’t find a scientific study (and we’re probably glad that the funding is going to more important causes), but we found a LOT of people who swear by it, so there’s no harm in being a thoughtful lover and munching down on the prince of fruits once in a while.

Shoot Your Shot

Not just a great 1982 disco banger smash hit for the inimitable Divine, this is also just good advice. And though learning to “shoot” better is not something that will increase the volume of your load, it will make it look more impressive, which is half the battle.

There are a couple of good ways in which you can do this.

One is to literally (and gently) squeeze the base of your dick as you’re about to cum, so when you release a few seconds later you’ll have built up a bit more pressure in the line. This takes a bit of practice to get right, and is a common method used by adult actors when using a “real” cumshot on camera (though more often than not, they’re fake).

A better method (though one which takes a little more time) is to start doing some kegel exercises. Kegels strengthen the pelvic floor muscles that are used during orgasm. A stronger pelvic floor will give you much greater control over when your jizz comes out. Kegels are also great for helping you last longer naturally, and can assist with bladder control too (y’know, if you’re having issues in that department).

A Strong Finish

Like many things that your body does naturally there are certain things you can do that will alter your ability to produce semen of a high quality and volume. But none of them are a blanket rule, and each person is different.

Having said that, if your takeaway from reading this is that you drink more water, smoke less, eat more pineapple, and do a spot of exercise here and there, then you really can’t complain about the outcome, whether you turn into Mount Vesuvius or just enjoy a healthier and happier reproductive system.
